assalamualaikum, Pak Hamzah ... I am a participant of the Umrah package for the last 12 days before Ramadhan. I applied for Umrah to an ATM at the SQ Travel Fair exhibition at BSB. Alhamdulillah all ATM staff are friendly, but there are some disappointments: (1). Packages that should be 12 days, in the last minutes change to 10 days (2). My package from standard upgrade to VIP was annulled unilaterally. When I got the package refund, I thought it was because of the reduction in days because the number referenced was still the VIP package number. I was really disappointed with the ATM treatment of the pilgrims who were unfair. I hope that the ATM can provide fair compensation to the Umrah pilgrims who departed on June 27 yesterday. if not, may Allah give guidance on how this kind of business really harms the customer. Is not in Islam we are prohibited from reducing the scales? Wassalam
