The staff were nice and helpful, the waiting room also great(AC, TV, Free Wifi, Free Coffee or Tea, and some refreshing snack). I just didn't understand the waiting system over there, coz i booked a Maintenance service by WhatsApp two days before, but when i get there, i still have to wait more than 2 f*ckin hours. Which really disappointed me a lot, coz if i know it still going to be that long, i will come earlier. I hope they understand the meaning of appreciate the time.
