The place is very narrow but there are so many visitors, maybe because it is the only Mandiri branch in Wonosari. Due to the pandemic, queues are made on a waiting list using paper, queues up to the terrace. There are 4 teller slots but only 2 are active, then the queue is only one line. Due to busy visitors, the air conditioner is not cool. Besides that, the parking lot is also narrow.

The location is strategic, clean, but the parking is not adequate. Good service, friendly security guards. Good health protocols are implemented, you must wash your hands with a mask and keep your distance when standing in line. The minus is that it is tired to stand in a long line.

The security guard is not firm and should have been open at 8 o'clock but delayed, and if you want to go in, you should be told to be anti-urgently, especially in the midst of this pandemic, but the smell of the room is nice, cs is very friendly
