It's been a long time not using postal services. Just came here again when a cust used the postal delivery service. It turns out that the Indonesian postal service is different now, not inferior to other shipping agents. Sending packages is also quite fast with affordable prices.nAnd it turns out that there is now a pick up service for goods too, you know, it is quite helpful for those engaged in OL business.nOnly the post office personnel are lacking in shipping department. If it's lonely, it's ok, but if you are in line, you have to wait. The problem is the printer is slow..hehehe ..

Previously often used a delivery service here and there were no problems. For this time I was very disappointed and felt disadvantaged. Because I usually use the ordinary postal service but this time I was given an economic jumbo postal service. Even though before the process I had said that I wanted to use the ordinary postal service. I was surprised at the price that was higher than usual, I asked again what was the normal postal tariff, and said the sender was correct, then after I made the transaction, after the order was processed, the sender returned to inform me that the shipment used the economic jumbo postal service the sender said the ORDINARY POST is currently ADVERTED and REPLACED WITH JUMBO ECONOMICS. Whereas after I cross-checked into several other post offices the regular postal service remained and was not replaced by an economic jumbo post. Please forward immediately to the customer first so that there are no losses on both sides. Thank you
