Bad Experience 2 days with BNI, the first day came at 14.00 and was refused security queue fullnnThe second day came at 09.00nBringing my parents who are almost 70 years old to open a BNI account, register with a physical e-KTP (for pre-employment funds). A teller wearing hijab asks for additional physical documents such as family cards, last diploma, birth certificate !! Please work with the brains of an old man who is almost 70 years old, you are a peribet person with additional documents like that, when you were born during the war, you could make a certificate !! Fortunately a senior official mediated this debate with enough additional physical KK documents + a copy of the KK. Don't make the service sanse !! (Even though I still have my KK back up in the email) I still ask for physical and have to go 7km back and forth to my house ud83dude0annThank you teler hijab with a frown serving customers, you all do a great job well !!!! ud83dude0aud83dude0aud83dudc4c
