One of the best Hotels I have ever been to. Exclusive but very laid back. Perfect service but very discreet. Amazing villas but no gold taps and marble floors or shiny awful “art”. The food is great, and def above luxury hotel standards. The pool is Olympic size, the beach is white with turquoise water and beautiful tranquil landscape all around. And one of the best things about this place: quiet. No loud and questionable music by the pool like so many others do... Special mention to the awesome bartenders and great Thai restaurant! I will def be back!

The perfect place to stay if you want a quick getaway from the busy city life. Impeccable service throughout our stay. The moment we got off the ferry, we were ushered to a cozy private lounge for us to recover from the bumpy ferry ride while the very hospitable staff handled our hotel check-in.nWe were warmly received by the hotel staff the moment we arrived and before we even stepped foot into the hotel, we were informed that our room was ready. That's impressive! Roy, an extremely cheerful staff, gave us a quick hotel tour. We were wowed by the beautifully designed spaces; The Bar, Library, Decanter and Collection.nWe were excited to see our suite. We were not disappointed. What you see online is really what you get.nWhat I absolutely love is the staff. Personalised service - the staff addressed us by our names every day. I like the fact that every staff is well-informed about their hotel. Because it was raining every day and we were confined indoors, we had the opportunity to have good conversations with the staff. Everyone I spoke to could tell us everything we wanted to know about the hotel; from the intentions of every room to the daily operations of running the whole resort.nWe got our much needed rest. Sanchaya is a collection of tranquility, luxury and excellent service. Thank you.

Absolutely AMAZING!nnStayed for three nights (22.-25. July) and really didn’t want to leave... Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful, we felt totally welcome. They go all out to ensure you have the best and most relaxing time while staying with them.nnWhen you arrive and leave by ferry, they take care of all the hassle for you (customs, check in, they even fill out most of the paperwork for you) while you just relax in their lounge having a coffee and fruits. That’s what I call “putting your guests first”!!nnThe food at the resort is delicious! I especially enjoyed the breakfast.nnWhen you go to the pool, you are provided with water, sunscreen and after sun. The pool is big enough(my guess is about 25-30m long) to get a nice swim in.nnAnd the suites... Just great! Even the “small” ones are about 75sqm in size. The bed was really comfortable and the suite has a lot of entertainment programs for a rainy hour. And the free-standing bathtub...!nnAll in all, a highly recommended retreat for anyone looking for a relaxing time with great and friendly staff! We‘ll definitely be coming back!!!
