Our stay at Mamuju Beach Hotel was mediocre. First, the rooms were not clean. We have been travelling in south-Asia for few months now, so we are not picky people searching great comfort, but the bedsheets were spotted with blood and the bathroom was very filthy stopping us to step in the shower. Secondly, the bed included a rather unpleasant surprise: bedbugs. The days following our only night in this hotel were therefore busy cleaning all our belongings... We had to buy new clothes not to be naked in the streets. Still the owner, who knowed about the bedbugs, refused us any commercial gesture. To sum up, don't go there !

I STRONGLY DISADVICE THIS HOTEL.nEverything is dirty (bathroom, toilets, ground, bet sheets,...), the wifi doesn't work in the rooms. There was no water in the bathroom. And most of all, the owner is disrespectful and not honest.nWhen we woke up on the morning, we found bed buds bits on our body and insects in our bagpacks. The owner admitted he knew there were bed bugs in the rooms but still let us sleep there without informing us, and he didn't want to pay us back the night.nAs a consequence, we had to buy new clean clothes, went to the laundry to clean all our stuffs. And still, he refused to compensate the money we spent because of the bedbugs in his hotel.nWhich kind of person treats his client this way?

Run away from this place, infested by bedbugs ! We spent 1 night, in 2 rooms, and both were infested ! We discovered that during the night! Because of this situation, we had to wash all our belonging, including clothes and backpack, and to buy new outfit to wear during the laundry's time !nWhen we realized that we have spent at least 100 000 rp each, we went to the owner to find an arrangement. Unfortunately, even if he recognized that he knew about bedbugs when we arrived, he pretend that wasn't his responsibility!nConsidering this, he is not a honest person, in other way, he should have let us know about the situation ! So if you go there be sure to know what's mean for you because he was just renting the room without taking care of bedbugs!
