We stayed one night a Kupa Kupa Beach resort, and everything went well. I will remember forever that tuna steak with mildly spiced sauce..drawling still now. The resort is clean and tidy, is a safe heaven where western tourists can eat without worrying to get sick by the badly preserved local food, offered in the restaurants outside the resort. Huts are nice, with mosquito nets on the beds, and the Host is a wonderful lady that will take a great care of you.

It has a really wide view.nFrom this beach, you can see the sunset fall behind the ocean. The earth horizon were also be seen from Kupa-Kupa Beach.

Very exclusive beach when we arrived there, just before lunch. Going a bit further to the north, walking along the beach and discover a better area, cleaner water and feel like a private beach as nobody there. Highly recommended place to go in North Halmahera.

Kupa Kupa Cottage is a wonderful, well-managed little resort right on the beach. Cottages are clean and comfortable, some with AC. The owner is a great cook, serving up tasty meals. This is a great place to have as a base while exploring Halmahera Island. Kao Airport (KAZ) is 2 hours away and has daily flights to Manado, Sulawesi.

Kupa-kupa beach is quite beach in tobello. They have magnificient view.nNear from beach you can find a kupa-kupa beach resort who managed by german and indonesiang couple.nIf you stay in their cottage, you can also take a look their beautiful garden and insect collection in bungalow room type. they have many collection of cactus and trees.
