My flight was canceled twice by air asia. At first I rescheduled but it was canceled again, then I asked for a refund but my money only went to my credit account (air asia website) not my bank account. Meanwhile, it is not clear whether they have flights or not. I think Air Asia Management is cheating on customers

No customer service, that I can call. Only virtual assistant AVA that cant give answer. I am asking refund with AVA on 27 Jan, until now 30 Jan it is still on progress, and I dont know how long they will take for ON PROGRESS. I need a human to update me with the process and follow up this case. Very dissapointing! Bad customer service

Ghost management in Air Asia. Nobody pick up the phone, nobody reply my email, Nobody to talk to.Just Ava vitrual customer service who repeated the question again again and again and at the end back to Main Menu
