Never answer Emails.

When i gave birth to my son, i fehlt there ok.nBut yesterday i was rearly disapointed about the treatment that my husband got there in emergency room. Before we went there we called the reception, told them about his medical history and asked them where to go. The reception asked us to check direkt with emergency room. But after short check there they send us home and said he is OK. we went to a little clinic where the Dr.checked him and did bloodcheck as well. Result was dramatic, my husband need to stay in Hospital (WE choosed Not balimed) and need to get bloodtransfusion.nMay be they care more about foringer than local because of Money. Hwo knows what would have happened if we Not went to the little clinic.

My husband got treated for food poisoning at Balimed. We found the hospital based on online reviews.nThe test came back pretty quick, we had a blood test, stool test, x2 dr visits and the cost equates to £120. We were given 5 days of antibiotics and some rehydration sachets.nnHowever, I found the nurses there not very good with cannula insertions.nThey tried to cannulate on his left hand, and inserted the IV drip even though there is no flash back of blood from the cannula. This normally indicates the cannula is not in the right place, of course the site above the cannula immediately swell up and I had to stop the drip and ask them to re cannulate.nThere was no apology and the nurse looked a bit dazed when it happened.nMy husband also had the shakes and passed out for about 20 seconds, they doctors didn't seem to be bothered and kept asking me if he is needle phobic after I said NO multiple times.nThe 2nd nurse tried to cannulate on his right wrist, my husband immediately felt a sharp pain down his knuckle and we asked them to stop and withdrew the cannula, but they kept prodding which made the pain worse.nThis happened on the 23rd of June and now he still experiences sharp pain on his right hand when he flexes his thumb or just shakes his hand....nEventually they managed to cannulate on the right ACF where we originally asked them to, because the vein of visible and easy to cannulate.nnAfter the 1st bag of IV drips finished (500mls), I was rushed to pay the bill which is fine. But they have immediately disconnect the 2nd bag when it just got connected 5 minutes before I left the room to pay the bill. The cashier fell asleep behind the counter and didn't wake up until her colleague woke her up an hour later after seeing me wondering around in the lobby.nnOverall, I wouldn't go back to Bali med karangasem and wouldn't recommend either.nI hope no one gets ill during their holiday in bali and that everyone is covered with travel health insurance.

Unprofessional, overprice & CarelessnnNever again !nnWent there for a emergency surgery. The positive points were that i was able to see a specialist in a raisonnable time, and i went into surgery the very same day. The rest of my 2 days over there were very bad. The nursing staff have a basic training and look like they don't want to think to much...nnI was basically unable to move around, only with lot of difficulties and pain. When they bring the food (every time i was trying to get some sleep, very difficult to sleep there, always someone coming every half an hour), they put the plate on a high rack beside my bed. They never offer me to raise up the head of the bed (i was so stoned and tired, didn't think to ask them) so i can eat more easily. I have to ask them to change the sheets of the bed, as the cleaning team already come 2 times and didn't change those. When the nurse bring me a bucket of hot water (for showering, only cold water in the shower), she put it directly on the floor and go. I mean... Come on, you see in my records why I'm here, i cannot last down on the floor to wash myself, or carry the bucket into a higher position. I have to get up to close the lights they almost always forgot to clo Ingose. Oh ya, expect to be awake around 6h30 in the morning, and it's very difficult to sleep in the day because so many people coming for cleaning, take your temperature, your pressure, give medication, bring tea, etc.nnThis is private hospital, you are customer there, and this is exactly how it make you feel.
