Lady Marmalade

Wanted to get a pedicure done and looked up on google maps. This was recommended and was definitely worth it. Got my pedicure done by pedicurist Tina. It went very well and the prices seemed reasonable. Definitely a recommend.

Me and my friend wanted to get pedicures at Lady Marmalade. I would not recommend this place. My experience:. I walked into the salon, the woman at the reception desk was on her tablet. She said hold and continued doing what she was doing. I waited patiently, she then looked up at me and asked if I had a booking. I said no and she replied we are booked today. She did not say hello, good day, how can I help you. I did not even advise what service we needed. Not even a would you like to book an appointment from her. I said thank you and left. Customer service goes a long way people. We could have came back another day or maybe she did not want to help us at all. Me and my friend went a little bit down the road and received excellent service from another salon.

The shop was a bit dirty and didn't appear as it does in the pictures on the website. I was pleased that it was open so late but whe was I went in at 8:00 pm they were short staffed and didn't have any staff who could do a French manicure. They don't offer eyebrow threading either. For having such a sophisticated and cute website, the shop itself did not impress me.

Came in for gel pedicure, manicure and hair bath. The service itself was great, my toes still going great 4 weeks on. Men sat in salon area chatting, crying child, one eyed dog barking and nipped at me when placed close to me. Ruined any ambience, or relaxation whilst getting a massage. I would still return due to the quality of my nails and maybe bring headphones!

Nuri and mani did an satisfactory job.nBoth, very warm and kind.nI did a manicure and pedicure.nAs per value for money.. I would rate them costly.nI stay in the middle east, the rates were as high the parlors in middle east.nBut then finishing wasn't as great.nThey have pick up n drop to you hotel.
