Staff director, vice director are really concerned about human needs.

The standard of care and friendliness of all the staff is excellent. I've been in this ward a few times now and can thoroughly recommend it to anyone that needs treatment.

The hospital is dirty and not taken care off at all, the VIP bathroom was wet and moldy. I find the Dr's here also very unprofessional and diagnose people wrong, thank god i left and went to another hospital who diagnosed me correctly.

Overall was really great, my dad have opname here twice the first was really good service the nurse and the doctor was very active and helpful, and the best service we had when my dad have Hemodialysis the staff and the nurse was really amazing and also so funny they really helpful thank you so much, but some issues is the second time just little bit quite we need waiting for long time for asking something we need for my dad , and also the reception and cashier need little bit smile ,the cashier is slowly I had to pay my dad billing but they said the file not there yet, alright I waiting for 30 minutes for that but not calling yet, and I come again for asking they said the file not come yet, and than I said they should be double check for that, and finally the found it just beside them sit, its was trouble , I told its here just hopefully they can improve it,but overall I was satisfied with this hospital thank you so much for your serviceud83dude4f

My husband was in this hospital 3 days. In an one person vip room, very clean, hygienic.The care was excellend, I was impressed by the way my husband was treated. So quick, friendly and adequate. Food was good too and I could sleep on a couch. All doctors and nurses were so friendly; it helped me a lot, being a foreigner in Bali. If its necessary dont hesitate and go there!
