Do not go there. Unfortunately in a time of needing urgent medical care, I was scammed into this money making business. Despite paying over 1.300.000 idr for medical care I had to pay for water, a basic function which should be offered free to patients in all hospitals. I was outraged. Not only that but I was discharged despite still feeling very ill. The huge costs for medicine and treatment makes it unaffordable for locals or travellers. And paying a huge sum for this lack of care to just fund this money stealing hospital is just outrageous. I am truly shocked that this 'business' can get away with this, and I shall be taking my issue further as I feel hospitals are about caring for people - not for their own selfish greedy and money making needs.

Consider yourself when u need medical care and ended up choosing this place. Ask for what u get when u book a room, they're not even considering the one who wait for the patient and even change the chair for a caretaker from standard comfy into cold-stainless stool.

Nope, will never come here again, I mean... Lot of things I want to say about this place, but I guess it would be better to take videos of such complaints and post it in youtube
