Covid service is not clear, the incident September 29. here the patient is considered a suspected covid but is placed in a 6 person ward with accident patients. mixed between covid and not, imagine! then in the ward there was no clean air, no air conditioning, only 2 fans, both of which were not functioning at all (photo attached). dirty bathroom. nurses / officers are very unfriendly to handle patients. the door was banged many times, no one responded even though it was clear that the officers heard and saw, but there was no response at all. If you have Covid symptoms such as coughing and coughing, I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND to check here, because you can be considered covid without showing you the results of the rapid test (only given orally). Is this the government referral hospital service? very disappointing.
