Local Authorized dealer of Polygon Indonesian made bicycles, as well as a few import makers. The showroom is nice and modern and clean, but no customers, and about five employees. We were specifically interested in the Polygon mid-range bicycles, mid priced models. The service was cold and unfriendly, despite the fact that the girl spoke English. In addition, she would not tell us about any promotions or any sale products. She was only interested to sell the full price product.nnWe then drove over to Wheel Co., about five minutes away. We found a very friendly very busy and very engaged workforce, also with about five employees but with about 15 customers. English was not a problem at all. Prices were displayed only on a few models, but when we clearly stated our specs and budget, they were very clear on pricing and they gave a 5% discount across-the-board from the list price of everything, including accessories. Very wide selection models, including Thrill and Polygon, both Indonesian makers.nnAlthough Wheel Co. is a much smaller and local shop, you should absolutely go there for service and price. Avoid Rodalink.
