Yes I must totally agree with previous comments. The staff there were very helpful obtaining parts for my high end bike. They were obliged as if the bike was there own. Great staff and customer service catering from toddlers bikes to high end road bikes. FANTASTIC

From all the bicycle shops that I went to. This shop is the most friendly person, welcoming people to come, asking customers very well served, even the most basic questions are answered in a friendly manner. Until finally the deal bought Polygon bikes and Accessories.nnOther places may not be as friendly as this even though the place is more legendary and not even served
