Apnea Penida Freediving and Yoga

In did my beginners Freediving course here and this was great! Morgan gave us a lot of nice tips for things to see and do around the island. When we were here Anna was building her yoga Shala. I can’t picture her lessons be anything else but super NICE. After I could practice my skills immediately with the manta rays, for which oxygen tanks are completely unnecessary because they come so shallow!! :)

Of my whole Bali trip, Apnea Penida was surely the highlight of my vacations! I was new into the Freediving world and Morgan and his team were very welcoming and their love of the freediving is contagious!nnAnd a day trip to dive with manta rays, swim with turtles and all the marine creatures was simply unforgettable! Thank you for sharing this love of freediving with me!nnHighly recommended!!!

Morgan, Ana and their team is superb. They are extremely hospitable, friendly and experienced. We went on a manta trip together. Saw a huge group of dolphins. Then we went to Manta Point. Although only one manta was spotted, we still had lots of fun.nnYou would feel these people are your friends immediately.nnAna was extremely detail driven during our communication via WhatsApp. She gave lots of useful tips about how to get to the island. She brought snacks to the boat for everyone to share. And she is just an angel!nnToward the end of the trip, we went to the bat cave. Morgan made sure there was on instructor on both the entrance and the exit to safety everybody. The water was a bit cold (actually pretty cold, if not too cold). But I felt very safe the whole time.nnI would definitely dive with them again next time I come to Bali. Highly recommend!
