Warung Legong Nusa Penida

I want to tell you this (esp for locals). So far, this is the BEST INDONESIAN FOOD in Nusa Penida without adjustment to western taste (as for me I found out its disgusting to do so). The way they cook the dish, the taste, especially the SAMBAL MENTAH, is stunning! The staff is so friendly, and the venue is convenient. Surely will come back here.

They have food for everybody; I ordered the Sweet and Sour chicken but instead of chicken, I wanted Tofu- which I specified various times. They still messed up the order. Also, our Appetizers, which we wanted before the main dish (obviously) came at the same time as the main.. the food itself is great though, the atmosphere is nice and the prices are totally okay. :)

The food was absolutely delicious. The customer service was the best we had on this island.. we had one waitress named Ari and she made our night! She was so sweet and made sure we enjoyed our meal.. if you ever come across this restaurant make sure to say hello to her!nnWould come back and would definitely recommend anyone to come here. :)

Considering that good restaurants on Nusa Penida are simply absent because all groceries brought from Bali, this one is not bad. Just don't take traditional dishes or teriyaki. Stick to quesadilla and chicken soup. Cocktails are better to skip too.
