Times like this still make patients wait 4-5 hours. The queuing system is unclear and the practice opens at 5 but the doctor only arrives at 6. This dentist is like a celebrity, everyone has to wait for him. Not really customer centric. The queuing system should be clear. The patient's waiting time can be estimated so that the patient comes according to the time of booking. Don't wait from 5 o'clock to be served at 10. Gendeng 5 hours is very long. If it is known that it has arrived in Medan, Doctor !!!
