Worse services!! My package is not arrive since May 10th, 2020. And today is May 21st 2020. You used corona for the alibi. But other expedition is okay with that case. What will you do if my package is gone because of you?!

Think twice to use JnT... very bad handle package

Very bad experience.... call center no have good attitude, protect the bad issues on the outside. No more change habbit. I asked about the drop point position, he tell doesn't know about that. As any more negatif reviews on this review's board , it is true!!!!!

The award of the Worst delivery service of all time goes to JNT! Congrats! I had requested for pick up order and no one is coming to get the package, no initiative for calling the customer about pick up the order or maybe would like to change the schedule from their side. No, no news at all. So, we have to drop the package. Why would you have the option to pick up, when you can't be able to give the service?? And nothing at all for the update information.nnThe call center is the same. Have you try the email? Yes, it also the same. No one is picking up or do the effort replying your email. Even when the call center is answered your phone, it only say 'ok, sorry for the inconvenience and bla bla bulls*it thing....' in the end, they never take seriously for the problem. I wish shopee and others e commerce will stop using JNT service. Bad service.
