This studio is a gem, I absolutely love the vibe and the decor! The classes are well done - there is so much variety to choose from and the coaches are very helpful and knowledgable. I like how I can get a wide range of workouts in before work: HIIT cardio, booty/legs and my personal favorite - Stretch and Flex! I love this class as it allows me to strengthen and prepare my body to do better in all my other training. There is nothing it around!
