Fitness First - Pacific Place

I like this club compare to the other because most of the time its not too crowded..

More crowded compare to other fitness first.

The management needs to put more attention on cleanliness, especially in the locker room area. Also, maintenance of overhead lights is not up standards. Lights that are already flickering are not replaced even after given notice. This causes eye strain and huge discomforts.

The management is not responsible. They always ignores me, when I want to meet them. And it's not first time. I wanted to cancel my membership in f.f. but when I first joined, the stuff and the manager did not explained to me that I have to pay one month in advance. Even if I'm not gonna use the gym. So that's not my mistake. I'm very unhappy with the management of this f.f. I'll not recommend you to join to this f.f. in Pacific place mall.

The layout of the locker room is just terrible. It's small, people always have a hard time passing through at peak hours, not to mention that some of the lockers are difficult to lock and unlock (might be a key problem as well). Then the worse thing is that the hot water shower never seem to work at night.
