Comfy & relatively private place for workout

I came around 7.30 AM on a Tuesday and it was really quiet, as I was the only customer. I came for an introductory trial session. This is a modern health center, in which they use technology to help you burn fat and keep yourself fit.nnThey will take your measurement first, including body mass and body fat. Then the trainer will ask you to change your clothes and put on that special clothing to be connected to the machine, which will then send pulses to your muscles while you train.nnIt's a comfy and cozy place. You only need 20 minutes session. There are several packages that you can take.

The place is quite small, but since customer come based on appointment, there's enough space for everyone. The bathroom are okay (amenities, hot water, towel are provided). They sell healthy snacks in front. And there's fore coffee and healthy meal beside it

what kind of training is this? no benefit at all and overpriced

Very unpleasant disappointing experience w/ 20FIT. I registered 4 sessions, called Senayan branch to schedule my 1st session and got sms confirmation. Later in two different times, 2 customer service texted asking (again) when I would like to schedule my 1st appt, I was confused but then I told them repeatedly I already had set the schedule.nnFew days before my app day, an assigned trainer texted asking (again) when my 1st would be and then was bit pushy asking me to reschedule following his work schedule at the studio. Not professional!nnOn my app day, I checked in at the front staff and told him that today was my 1st session and never been to the studio. He handed me fitness gear and led me to training room with no information on where I should get changed,where I should go and who would be my trainer, etc. I stood clueless in the middle of the room with no one asking/offering any help, not until I (myself) approached a trainer asking for some information. The studio was small and not busy at all so no excuse. Ridiculous!nnFrom those unpleasant events, I lost all the excitement and trust on 20FIT. Please NEVER ever do that again to any client especially first timer. I have NO intention to continue my remaining sessions out of DISCOMFORT and hope 20FIT can respond to my request made to their customer service last Friday, At least that what 20FIT can do. Service is Everything!
