My bathroom on 2nd fl had a waterflow problem. Called Roto and they explained the services and cost in details. They came and looked for the problem thoroughly, even cleaned the pipes using their vacuum compressor. At the end they found out the main line is the issue by not having enough pressure. It had to be fixed by the utility provider. So, they only charged me minimum fee since the probelm cant be solved by them. Excellent and professional service overall

Overall very satisfied. In less than an hour, all the dirt and fat residue in the drainage pipe immediately disappeared.

If only Roto rooter had a suction service wc ... it would bounce off ... because with only plumber services ... all the work would be complete bags at reasonable prices. Roto rooter in 3 words: totality professional integrity
