I was a regular customer until my e-toll card got stolen. There was a strong indication one of the cleaning crews took it.nnThere was actually nothing I could do, because I already left the premise and realized the card was missing hours later. I called Ultimate to explain the situation and they promised to call back. Several minutes later they called and told me nobody saw or took it - which was something very foolish of them to do. Then they claimed this was the first time for them.nnFelt really upset because Ultimate intentionally wanted to avoid dealing with this. Obviously I am not planning to go back again. Do be careful when you’re getting your car washed here or anywhere.
