BK Homestay

I stayed here for about a week. There are rooms above the cafe, and it's located about 50m back from the beach, and about a 3 minute walk to the point to surf. The rooms are very basic, but perfectly adequate if you're looking for a good value place to stay. We had the family room and it had a two beds pushed together with a mosquito net, and a third mattress on the floor. There was a stand fan to keep it cool, which was just fine. The bathroom had a toilet and shower, with no sink. It was comfortable enough and fine for our needs.nnThe staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Wadyu. The food was decent, but it's also good to explore and eat some good Sundanese and Indonesian food available in the area. I would stay here again when I return to Batu Karas.

Nice play to stay! Owner and staff very helpful. Only few steps to reach the beach. We passed the breakfast coz we want to travel early, but when we back in the afternoon they still offer us to take the menu for breakfast! Nice service!nThe room quite small, two single bed, a bathroom and veranda. No cupboard to put our clothes, but it's not necessary since we stay only 1 night.nMost of who stay here are foreigner that would like to have surf. It has small cafe downstairs and upstair rooms for visitor.

Great host. Helpful and friendly. Lots of locals around having a nice time between surfing.
