This place has a very good ambience. The staffs are super nice and polite. My family had an issue with The Online Biodata and they had given us enough time to have them completed. The Ministry of Law and Human Rights together with the Bekasi City Government inaugurated the Class II Non-TPI Immigration Office on Jalan Perjuangan, Kelurahan Teluk Pucung, North Bekasi, Wednesday (10/7/2019). Immigration services that were previously held at the Bekasi GOR Complex, have been transferred to this new office located next to the Teluk Pucung Urban Village Office.nnThis new immigration office is equipped with a 6-story building, a mosque, and a large parking area up to the basement. Immigration services for Indonesian citizens are carried out on the 1st floor. There are also special toilets for disabilities, children's play rooms, and nursing rooms.nnThe second floor is used for immigration services for foreigners with a wider and tidy layout. There are 4 residence permit service counters, 2 photo and biometric booths, and a VIP lounge. The new immigration office is built on a 5,020 square meter land belonging to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, but is funded by the Bekasi City APBD.nnThis new office allows faster service. The Immigration Office has also proposed additional human resources so that services can be faster. Service standards are the same, but they offer the convenience, speed and friendliness of the staff.

This is the immigration office in North bekasi. Very nice facilities and good environment. The officers are very friendly and helpful.
