One stop place for taking care all of your documents as a citizen of Bekasi city, and generally, citizen of Indonesia. Come at the very early in the morning, so you can get served first. There is no broker (calo) here. You will only need to pay the official price here. Check what documents are needed before you come here, and copy them. There isn't much chair here, and when it's so crowd, you won't be able to feel the aor con. Luckily, it's placed in a 'mall'. So while you're waiting, you can walk around sightseeing.

need inprovement especially in queue method, nowadays, people who want to get services must come here earlier about 05.00 to can get queue number.npros :n- the services is fastn- large parking areancons :n- need improvement in queue methodn- need improvement for waiting area

All services are fine, citizen got shorter time to process their docs but for getting the number on the line... huh we have to struggle once the door opens (especially for ektp and kk)
