They never answer your phone calls. If you send an email they respond on average after 3 weeks. If you are a Tunisian citizen and have any problem in Indonesia rest assured that your own Embassy won't help.

They steal your money and don't respond to the emails. I knew that the visa was rejected when I asked them after weeks how the visa procedure is going. The ministry of foreign affairs in Tunisia assured me that they told all the tunisian's ambassy to not accept tourist visa and their payments but they did and since then they don't respond. Shame on you. You giving a bad impression of Tunisia. You can keep those 100$ and I assure you that I will do my best to bring you down.

I have waited more than 3 weeks and finally, my visa application was rejected, without giving a clear reason, I have submited all the required document, including my husband's employment contract, and I am very disappointed with the services one of the Indonesian women who should helped well, but I didn't get it. I planned to come to Tunis with my friends for vacation and reunite,she said my visa was rejected by ministery of home affairs Tunisia. I hope any good explain directly from Tunisia Conselor EmbassynNote : I visit Tunis already last year.
