Unbelievably rude. I thought it will be different the 2nd time I got through the call. The receptionist on the phone was exceptionally unfriendly. She was rather sound in a rush as if its not part of her job to provode me some insight. It cost nothing to be nice and be a little patient.nnLast time the receptionist hung up on me before I even get to ask my question.nnI hope that the staffs will better in person. Will update further

No one can speak English and Bahasa Indonesia. Also, no social distancing for Covid-19 in there (People sit side by side with no distance at all).

Was trying to sort out a certificate of no impedement with my wife, they not only took 8 hours to do one document asking us to come the day after for a short job when my embassy took 15 minutes, they wouldn't accept our 'folded money' even though it was fine. What the heck Egypt! Work harder please instead of drinking tea all the time and needing everyone to see 1 visitor... Thankfully all is done and never have to deal with your no security 1 polisi on his phone embassy again.
