Please update your visa information page! The processing time for the national visa is NOT 7 working days anymore.nnThe receiving clerk(s) could use more training on client courtesy as well, especially in providing correct and well-formed information, as well as in treating applicants / clients with proper respect.nnIn addition, a shade or canopy with chairs should preferably be provided at the courtyard for waiting clients, especially during peak application periods.

The REAL opening hour is never on time, and the guests have to wait outside the gate. The Indonesian officers are not friendly. The visa fee is not up-to-date. They could do much better since it's a service area.

Prepare umbrella.nYou will be overheated if sunny or wet if rain when waiting for the queue.nAnd appointment time. What appointment time? Just come early give your id.nThey really need hospitality improvement :).
