The people that I met in person at the embassy were actually friendly and helpful if you manage to visit.nnHowever their phone and email contacts only replied with a canned response, and didn’t answer any of your inquiry. Very rigid and robotic. Moreover they are the first contacts you will have to get through to make an appointment (with a given schedule you can’t choose) before coming to the venue.nI had much better experiences with other govt offices in malaysia.

Kedutaan Besar Malaysia,nThis is an Embassy office of the Kingdom of Malaysia. Located on the main road of Kuningan, South Jakarta.nThe building I so huge with a wide court in the front, greeny environment and shady with a lot of tresses.nI saw a lot of people come to this Embassy to do document services for working permits, social visits, study, business, and other related matters.nOnce I went to this embassy for photography service to take pictures of the Excellency Ambassador of the Kingdom of Malaysia for a photo agency office in Jakarta.
