I came to collect my NPWP and SKT, but when I got to the place, the security guard told me to wait a month, even though in the email it was clear that after a month it was considered late, I forced my entry without paying attention to the security guard. It's a shame at the front desk that the queue is still the same, I was expected to bring a Stamp and FC KTP, even though the email was clearly not necessary, I was adamant in my stance that in the email there was no need to use any conditions, after a long debate I was finally given a queue number, at the counter I gave my cellphone and the queue number was still asked for a stamp, I repeated my conversation at the front desk, finally the NPWP and SKT were givennnAfter I examined it, there were 2 possibilities, 1 possibility that the socialization between employees was still bad, maybe 2 emails did not explain the conditionsnnIt's just a possibility, you know, only KPP, DGT and friends who know, please improve the service again, not everyone has a lot of time and don't make people lazy to pay taxes :)

When a pandemic like this, people who enter the building are restricted so there is a waiting place outside but the waiting place outside is still quite good because it is placed in a shady place. And the health protocol is well monitored by checking the temperature. The parking lot is also spacious, and good security services here can direct visitors who want to register a TIN.
