My husband's kidney failure was treated at RSUD Suwondo Kendal, dialysis should have been 2 times a week, creatine urea was already high on Sundays. Still have to wait for dialysis on Friday even though the patient's condition is already breathless.nFinally, I forced to move to Weleri Hospital, I was immediately able to dialysis and laser surgery on the swollen kidney.nFor the nurses of RSUD Suwondo and security guards, for all the staff of the RSUD control, improve friendliness, don't be harsh to serve our patients, pay for VIP class, the goal is to want the best comfort for the family.nAction is not okaynService is not okay

Pelayanan sangat tidak bagus.nIstri saya melahirkan disini, dibiarkan begitu saja. Minta tolong untuk ganti perlak karena udah basah dan kotor karena BAB malah dibiarkan, dimarahin, cuek. Sampai dia bersihkan sendiri.nSANGAT TIDAK MANUSIAWI.

Gk ada etika tenaga medis sama sekali...nInformasi pribadi pasien diulik terus.. ssmpe masslahin masalah agama... Nyuruh disaranij itu itu yg sama dkali gk ads hubungaya sma kesehatan dan tindkaan medis...nnHati hati.. pelayanan kek gini udah sering tak laporin ke dinas kesehatan... Tp jawapaj dinas kesehatan kayak preman.. nyalahin pasien

The service at the registration counter is not friendly, some nurses are angry too. And my bpk is not handled properly.nInpatient room at orchid 14nAlso dirty, smelly bathroom.
