If you’re sick go somewhere else,never experienced more horrible treatment thn here! From the first time we entered this hospital we already got bad treatment.i was sick together with my toddler , she got drip therefore she cried out of pain, so i take out my phone to make her feel better,the cleaning service with long beard come and yell at as very barbarian.after we check in and settled in the room ( class 1 and we took 2 rooms separately ) they never check ok us, got annoyed when we called them and i told them i want them to check on me and they refused , so i check out myself to move to another hospital as i feel they gave us wrong diagnosis, in 2 days we never met a single doctor ok.just bunch of different nurses asking the same question over and over . When we checkout from the room we saw one doc ,4 nurses sitting near our room and giving us angry look. What kind of profesional does that to a patient who felt unsatisfied with their seevice? ( im not paying with bpjs ok! I cant imagine what other people going thru there . So now after 2 days im at orher hospital im proudly said Im well and healthy and got real diagnosis. Thank you
