All I review is ATM spots. Bank BCA Boyolali office. The location of this BCA ATM is strategic. Near the heart of Boyolali district. Near shopping. Luwes Boyolali.nnOnce you get off the road. Head to the parking lot. Straight from the gate. The place is wide. Enough to accommodate 15-20 motorbikes and 4 cars. Park neatly. So as not to make it difficult for other visitors.nnAfter getting off, please wash your hands. The rinse is at the entrance. Please queue if the ATM is full. Maintain social distancing.nnThere are 3. ATMs that operate. Use only as needed. We must have feelings. Do not be too long. If we have to linger at the ATM machine. Make transactions in stages. Take the queue back if it's full. It takes time. But we also have to be empathetic.nnIf things happen that are not desired. Contact the security guard. Its location in the room next to the ATM. Explain in detail. Try not to ask other visitors for help. Just be careful. after the transaction is complete, you should wash your hands again. It's for our good. And the people we love. For the Customer Service section, please add 1 more person. Due to the service of 3-5 people it can take almost 1 hour.nnFor bank customers who want to replace ATM cards / all transactions related to customer service, it is advisable to arrive early. Because it takes a lot of time to queue.

For customer service, please don't just have 1 person who can serve, it is NOT BALANCE with that many customers.

Queuing protocols for ATMs are less strict, there is no oversight by security like other BCA branches. Even hand washing soap is sometimes absent, there are no handwipes too
