Central Java bank with a narrow building. Hopefully in the future the building will get better and the parking lot is adequate

Bank Jateng is good in several ways. But there are still many shortcomings. In the afternoon, it seemed quiet, not many queues were served. Cold mineral water is available for customers. From the security department is friendly enough. Clear in providing information. But the Customer Service department is not friendly enough to deal with customer complaints. The answer seemed harsh, even impressed that I wanted to invite debate. Do not want to accept input. Feel not the main function. Give long-winded explanations that are not related to the subject of the complaint. In order to be able to compete with other banks, it is better to improve service to customers

The first impression is the security guard who is elderly and has a very Javanese-friendly mustache.nThe waiting room has a lot of chairs but it is narrow, so it is less comfortable when it is full.nMotorcycle parking must also be 'suk-sukan' even though it loads a lot. Car parking is not free so it's better to park on the road.nWhen I went there there were only 2 active tellers, so the service was rather long even though the queue was not much. Needs to be improved.nCSnya too, which only one active, it is unfortunate.

Wow It's always busy .... if you guys have cities in Klaten there are lots of events and you need to be at this Central Bank, we suggest taking a queue first and then continue the city events ... later you will finish the cities and then you will return to the Bank Central Java ... must have gone straight to the point 'of your queue number, done in the Central Java bank ...nnVery fast service ..
