I had an ITBS or Ilotibial Band Syndrom and I've got it for 6 months in total. My friend recommended me to go there and I made a reservation. The place was so easy to be found. Right behind the Ramai Supermarket Panjangan. The staff were very friendly. Most of them are female therapist. The place is very clean and has good facilities. They did some therapy, did a stretch and did an exercise. They also gave me some homework, exercises at home. They did a taping as well. I went there for 6 times and whoila, my ITBS is no longer a problem. I am free from injury. Ibu Endang, the owner is very good. I recommend you to have the therapy with her. If she is busy, her staff are also professional.
