Strategically placed at the downtown.nWalking distance from eating place, convenient store, and major shopping mall.nAlready enforced physical distancing thoroughly, from the acrylic barrier at the front desk, room and bathroom sanitizing, and most importantly the staff from security to cleaning seems already getting used to the new protocol and serving with a smile.nI could only suggest refreshing bath equipments (pic attached), so that it doesn't look like top of the mountain old villas bath.

Welcome to Novotel Semarang,nnSweet and mini cake in the room as a good gesture, has brightened our day after long hrs driving from Jakarta.nnThis short getaway trip has been meaningful for us to see how Novotel Semarang team doing their best effort to win guest expectation, in these pandemic situation shortage of staff and resources were visibly seen, however the spirit was still fired and solid, keep it up you've made a good impact.nnCheers,

Good Covid protocol. We stayed 2 nights at room 408. It’s at the no smoking floor. Clean room but it’s old. So old thus the cabinet has lost one of its door and the faucet at the bathroom not working properly, it needs some skill to operate it. Well, it’s a quiet room, clean and facing the Paragon mall. Very friendly front office staff.

I choose this hotel because this hotel have a good protocol of COVID-19, cleanness hotel, every staff are friendly, nice room. Good location, near to paragon mall, easy to find some food around hotel.nRecommended

Consistently implementing covid safety protocol. Limited menu for lunch, dinner and room service but good food at affordable prices. My fav is spaghetti carbonara, really yummy. Breakfast buffet are served by waiters behind transparent divider
