Pelayanan lama sekali, saya tes swab PCR awalnya dijanjikan 2 hari ternyata 4 hari baru keluar hasil. Sempat dihubungi CS untuk diminta data tapi cara penyampaian dan komunikasi nya kurang baik dan tidak menyampaikan maaf saat diingatkan. Klo belum terlanjur, lebih baik cari lab lain dlu sebelum memutuskan kesini. Kemampuan komunikasi CS sangat perlu ditingkatkan karena sbg penyedia jasa kesehatan juga harus disertai kemampuan utk berempati

The medical staff are very friendly, but it is unfortunate that the service takes so long.nRegistration uses a queuing number system, but it is not uncommon for many people to break the queue number. If it's like that it's better not to just use the queue number. The period of wanting to be rapid is not 10 minutes to take a sample, the queue is almost 2 hours because many people intrude.
