Klinik Alam Sehat Lestari (ASRI)

I have never met a clinic that combines environmental care with health. In this ASRI clinic there are many programs that combine these two aspects from various aspects. As a clinic that was initiated because of anxiety about the environment around Gunung Palung National Park, the ASRI clinic has a check-up program that uses payments for certain tree seedlings which they store in banks and nurseries for reforestation in the Gunung Palung National Park. In addition to treatment with tree seedlings, there are also MSME programs such as chainsaw buyback, which is a program to buy chainsaw machines owned by loggers in the NP area, whether active or not, as well as providing assistance in order to have a business and no longer cut down in the National Park area.nnThe clinic is well-known in many circles abroad and serves as an entry point for visitors to the Tabg national park from outside and collaborates with the Gunung Palung National Park Office to attract tourist interest in this park.

This clinic is the only one in the world that can pay for treatment using seeds. The seedlings are used to reforest damaged forests in Gunung Palung National Park.

Clinic run by an NGO. It started with a humanitarian mission in Sukadana which is now an increasingly large clinic. Enough to help the people of Sukadana and surrounding areas.
