Customer service is a long time, the queue number has been shared even though the BNI bank door has not been opened. I have been to the BNI branch 3 times a week, arriving at 08:00 am, being rejected all the time because the queue was full, because a day I was only given 15 numbers for the Customer service queue.

Very disappointed with the BNI bank branch, this month BNI Bank branched out its services to only 10-15 people, and no queue has been shared with the security guard, even though the door of the BNI bank has not been officially opened.

The customer service is long.n1 person can reach 2 hoursnIt's been more than 1 hour but not finished with 1 customer. even though there are still many who are queuing up. Please give cs more training so that they can be faster in service
