the room was quite spacious, the level of cleanliness of the room and bathroom was quite good even though some corners were not clean, the shower wasn't tight. the employees are quite friendly. if the night sleeps less soundly because of the noise from the vibrations and sounds of the hotel discotheque

The room is clean and comfortable, th meeting hall is also great even the food was great. Overall I am satisfied with the hotel service.

The best hotel where i stay when went to ketapang. Keep the service good, breakfast variety. Lota of official / employee stay here. There is durian booth across the street. There is a convention hall that can be rented for wedding party or something. The problem is the access road. It is small road, will be jammed once there is an event.

no towels. when we ask towels to receptionist the reason is not yet dried. for the first time I heard hotel have no towels. then they let us wait till 23:00pm to get that towels!!! so very disappointed.

This hotel have comfort room and nice facilities.nBetter if praying room more confortable for moeslem guest.
