1 star for the receptionist. The receptionist didn't know what the assignment was (roughly it was incompetent). No stand-by in front. So if you want to register, they will go out first. So sometimes have to wait a long time. They enter the doctor's office just to chat indefinitely. Telephone and cellphone lines have never been contacted. Not active all the time.
