the cakes are good (Soft cakes), but the ready of product only for several times, for the delicious, its not delicious at all. For now, I think the quality product is decrease, when the first time i try it, its not to soft... but now, it is very soft, easy to damaged.

If you are a foodie lover esp a cake..head down to Lamington bakery house...with so many branch located in 3 strategics places and 1 here at Singkawang...this bakery is a must for sweet tooth and cheese lover...but have no worry,besides a must have cake with affordable price,there are variety food you can purchase too...but most off all, you wont buy just a piece of it crown jewel cake,you MUST bought almost all the flavour... Like i do

A lamington is an Australian cake, made from squares of butter cake or sponge cake coated in an outer layer of chocolate (or sometimes raspberry) sauce and rolled in desiccated coconut. The thin mixture is absorbed into the outside of the sponge cake and left to set, giving the cake a distinctive texture. A common variation has a layer of cream or strawberry jam between two lamington halves.
