It was Best western hotel but changed the name to fit to local athmosphere

I attend a medical business event here. Place is somehow comfortable but hotel staffs aren't really that professional, they seem really confuse to be able to recognize the organizing committee and guests which quite fatal for such service. Not to mention that hot water is out of service during my stay. Improvement cleary needed.
