This one fitness center is known by the Banjarbaru community, perhaps because of its strategic location right in the city center. The room is quite large, equipped with a special room for aerobics, TRX & Zumba. Receptionist is quite friendly & good looking ud83dude04. But to be honest with safety, you need a few notes: there is no emergency exit guide, target pulse rate guidelines, some pulse monitoring devices don't work, the air conditioner is turned off so the air is hot, a dedicated physical trainer is not yet available.
