Apologize first. I just want to give advice especially to HIS SECURITY. It is better if the CS queue number is distributed to customers who are willing to come early in the morning so that there will not be a crowd of customers which can increase the possibility of spreading COVID-19. Instead of waiting for customers to pile up first, then the queue number will be distributed. How do you want to prevent the spread of covid-19 if the system is waiting for customers to gather. Then, try important information such as 'must register online first if you want to create a pre-employment BNI account' printed and pasted on the windshield so that customers who are willing to come in the morning and queue are not disappointed because they are not served because they have not registered for online accounts. Hopefully this input can be implemented quickly starting this Monday, September 14. Thank you
