AIKSPORT GYM

One of the biggest gym in bontang. Recommended place to do some exercise while you are visiting bontang. But the bad things is there's several people who don't re rack their weights. Lil bit annoy me.

The place is quite strategic, in the middle of the city. Can bring a motorcycle or car, enough parking. It was at the gym at 2 pm, so it wasn't crowded. This gym is really crowded when it's night time. That's enough equipment. For cardio, there were only 1 treadmills, but there were lots of spinning bikes. In my opinion, this gym is still less woman friendly due to large heavy loads, small weights are limited to only a few. Isolated machines are also limited. In addition, it is rather untidy, maybe because of the user himself who does not want to return everything to its place after using the tool. But, so far it's not bad to hang up, it doesn't disappoint. The room is comfortable because the air circulation is good. The price is also reasonable, the daily price of 35 thousand rupiah.
