This is my first experience here and at the first level of service (registration counter) it's not working. I went to Counter 4 for a list of rapid tests, after I was registered I was given a card, at that time I was given instructions that I should go after the counter to the end of the rapid test process. Yeah, because the explanation is long before I leave, I made sure 'where was the cashier earlier?' with his jutek he said 'where did I say the cashier was?' Gosh, this is my first time here, still unfamiliar with the place. If there already, it's already memorized every day here. Yes, please register at the front desk of the front guard, you look clean, okay, but you are proud, you need to practice patiently with patients. Lose the same friendly sometimes not considered there (cleaning service).

Bad and convoluted service. Even for a patient who uses independent insurance (not BPJS). Prioritize service. If you don't prioritize service, how can you become a public servant? Then what is the job if not a public servant?
